ValuePlate provides restaurant management software and technology solutions including but not limited to menu management, ordering systems, analytics, and payment processing services.

3. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and for all activities that occur under their account. You agree to immediately notify ValuePlate of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for services is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Late payments may result in service suspension. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy.

5. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Our data handling practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, ValuePlate does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

ValuePlate's liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 90 days for export purposes.
